Keri is member of the Reed’s School and Ripley Court School Governing bodies. ACMA (1991) and BA (HONS) Accounting and Finance (1988), Keri began her career as a Training Management Accountant at Unistat then Management Reporting at Midland Bank.

After moving to UBS in 1994, she progressed within the firm holding numerous finance roles, including CFO for the Group Offshoring function.  After 20 years in finance she moved to the Third Party Risk Management function where she was Global Head of Risk Operations.  Keri is currently a risk assessment lead for the Chief Information Security Office, where her responsibilities include assessing the cyber and information security risks of external vendors.
