Jo is a member of the Reed’s School and Ripley Court Governing bodies.  After studying Spanish at further education, Jo spent 3 years working for the Mexican Embassy in London before moving into the field of recruitment consultancy. Headhunted by Crone Corkill to expand their Multilingual Division, Jo spent 10 years there ultimately running the division. Currently Jo is a Project Manager for Etoile Partners, a Geopolitical Consultancy.

Alongside a career break to raise her family, Jo has fundraised for a number of charities and volunteered with Homestart Guildford.
