Little Twigs Stay & Play

Come and join our exciting Woodland Stay & Play sessions, Little Twigs!

Little Twigs will take part on our school grounds in our very own Forest School facility, a fun and safe environment for children to feel independent, boost their self-esteem and enhance their knowledge of nature and the world around them.

Our sessions give children a love and understanding for nature and the environment, and they also allow children to learn new skills. The sessions are child led but we do encourage the children to step out of their comfort zone and try the activities available to them.

Our Forest School facility includes a bug hotel where children can identify different forms of wildlife, a mud kitchen in which the children use their imagination to make a variety of different and delicious food concoctions, and usually a campfire and mud mound.

In each session the children have the opportunity to participate in different creative activities, such as making bunting using flowers they have collected and pressing them onto material to create a unique design, to creating their own bubble wands using sticks and pipe cleaners.

At the end of every session, we all gather to tuck into a snack and delicious hot chocolate!

The sessions usually run on Mondays in term time from 9.30am - 11am for children aged 18 months - 3 years and cost £5 per child, per session.

Bookings are open.
