Silvermere Care Home along with Ripley Court School Pay Tribute to Care Heroes on National Thank You Day Posted - 02/07/2021

To acknowledge the commitment exhibited by carers and support staff across the nation over the past 18 months, Silvermere Care Home and representatives from the IMM - Together with Music, four singers from the London Community Gospel Choir and Ripley Court School got involved in the country’s biggest ever ‘Thank You’ party on Sunday 4th July.

Together with Music, an intergenerational campaign created to encourage community connections organised a nationwide ‘music moment’ to mark National Thank You Day inviting the public to perform Fleetwood Mac’s famous ‘Don’t Stop’ song collectively.
